EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT DUBAI FOUNTAIN
One of the top tourist attractions in Dubai is the Dubai Fountain. The fountain is situated between Souk AL Bahar and The Dubai Mall on the 30-acre lake at Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai. It was created by the team behind Las Vegas’s Fountains of Bellagio.
The fountain is 900 feet long, or two football fields, in length. Five circles of various sizes, two arcs, and strong water spouts that shoot water to unbelievable heights are all featured in its design. Construction was estimated to have cost around AED 800 million (USD 218M).
WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT IT
In May 2009, the Dubai Mall Fountain was formally inaugurated. The fountain, which is well-lit by 6,600 strong lights, has the capacity to shoot water as high as 500 feet, or a 50-story building. At any time, it has the capacity to spray 22,000 gallons of water into the air. Additionally, it can produce a variety of patterns and combinations in the air, which is greatly admired by onlookers.

Within The Dubai Fountain, there is a floating platform called The Boardwalk. It offers you a completely different viewpoint of the captivating performances. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Entry to the lake ride is time-specific. Boats depart 15 minutes before every fountain show and it is not possible to reschedule these.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.
